Global HR Experience
I have 30 years of invaluable HR expertise obtained at 3M Company. During my journey I led strategic HR operations for multi-billion dollar businesses across numerous markets and geographies. I’ve led numerous large-scale organizational transformations, coached C-suite executives, and cultivated high potential leader pipelines that still contribute to the ongoing success of the company at the highest levels. Furthermore, my commitment to diversity and inclusion has been unwavering, resulting in global expansion of diverse populations in increasingly inclusive organizations.
Education
I have a Master's of Education in Organizational Development from the University of Minnesota. I also have professional credentials from Harvard University and professional development firms. Through my education I have applied a variety of consulting methods, both academic and trial and error, to represent a strong portfolio of results-oriented methods that will benefit you as much as my previous clients.

Socratic Method
While there are numerous methods and techniques to conduct this kind of work, I primarily use the Socratic Method. This is a discovery and learning process that involves asking questions to stimulate critical thinking, self reflection and exploration of underlying assumptions; all in service to delivering exceptional results.

The wellness wheel is a visual guide that depicts multiple dimensions of our lives. You can Google it. While there is no single authoritative wheel, there are several that cover these common dimensions: spiritual, emotional, professional, intellectual, social and physical. To "live" the wheel is to seek fulfillment and balance across all dimensions.
Pay it forward
We should not expect our good deeds to be rewarded in kind. Our good deeds should be passed on to the next person and so on. This creates positive chain reactions of goodwill throughout our immediate domains and all over the world.
